The Friendship Festival would not exist if it weren't for the valuable work of our volunteers!

Every year people volunteer a few hours here and there, hours upon hours, or sometimes even whole weekends to help make the Friendship Festival a success! Any help is very much appreciated, so even if you don't have much time to give, we'd love you to pitch in and help in any way possible. We are also very thankful for our many local and territorial organizations who contribute time and resources to the festival.

Major volunteers (those who contribute 15 hours or more) can expect the following:

• Free Super Shaker Tickets
• Entrance to our Volunteer Dinner/Party on Sunday, August 21st
• Free t-shirt and thank-you glass
• Recognition within the community through the newspaper
• Recognition as part of the Festival Team!

Volunteers who have a couple spare hours to put in will also be recognized by:

• Entrance to our Volunteer Pat-on-the-back Dinner on Sunday, August 21st
• Free t-shirt
• Recognition from the Festival Team as members of the community who are willing to help out
• **EXCELLENT OPPORTUNITY for students who need CALM hours or anyone doing Community Service Hours

We are looking for volunteers for the following areas:

• Security (Conibear Park and the Super Shaker)
• Bartenders (Super Shaker)
• Door people (JJ's, PC & Super Shaker)
• Helpers for the Pie-Eating Contest
• Helpers for the Kid's Day Activities
• People to sell raffle tickets
• Decorating for the Super Shaker
• M.C.s for the venues (Conibear Park, JJ's, PC, & Sk8 Jam)
• Hauling supplies
